I asked for a concave bob and I got a short straight bob that is so short with some little longer strand here and there, uneven chopped sections that won't lay flat, my hair looks appauling!!
I arrived with confidence that she would know what to do but I was sadly mistaken. I will never go back and will not be recommending this salon to anyone.
This is my response to the owners reply to my review. The owner said I left the salon very happy! That is just not correct at all !!! I was very unhappy and I'm sure the girl knew this as she did not ask if I wanted to make a return appointment nor did she ask if I wanted to purchase the cream for my hair which she told me about during my appointment. I did not want to discuss this with her at that time of how unhappy I was with the haircut as there was another client in the salon and thought it was not the right time to do so. If you are going to respond to my review please do post incorrect infirmation.
